IB final exams and graduation reception 2023
Dear parents,
On the day of your child’s last exam, we invite you to celebrate with him or her at school, after the exam has finished. Tradition says that you may place the cap on his/her head and stay around for some snacks & champagne/ alcohol free drink for a little while after the exam.
Any other immediate family is of course also welcome to attend.
Tables are available in our ‘3.g/ 2i area’. Please refrain from the use of confetti.
Parents may wait outside the boundaries, close to the exam room, for their child to walk out and receive his/her cap.
The official IB reception is held on the 20th of May from 13.00-15.00 in Quben at Ikast-Brande Gymnasium.
Sign-ups are not necessary. All family members are welcome.
